Background of the Company

Greek Transport and Logistic Ltd. (GTL) was founded on March 24, 1993. The name GTL has been in use since 1999.

Our company was established by Czech and Greek partners, which was a great advantage regarding the company’s past specialization on Greece. Excellent command of the language and knowledge of local culture and mentality were the main assets.

Thanks to our international staff and our direct representation in the above-mentioned countries we feel at home in the Balkans.

In the following years GTL expanded its sphere of action and started to focus on other countries in the Balkan Peninsula such as Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Moldova and Turkey. Our activites were also extended to Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Hungary and Austria, among others.

Presently the company has its headquarters in a modernized facility, where we also run our own warehouse used for collection and distribution of groupage shipments.
